With years of experience managing a boutique hotel and retreat center in Marrakech, Alethea has perfected the art of blending authenticity with hospitality. She spent two years alongside Julie on an olive grove at a retreat center, where they organized over 60 retreats, each infused with care, creativity, and purpose. Her knack for uncovering unique destinations and curating thoughtful details ensures every Kefi Kollektive retreat is as unique as the vision behind it.

When she’s not busy designing bespoke retreats and events, Alethea can be found exploring new cultures, savoring slow moments, playing with her dog, Tilly, or crafting digital content that speaks to the heart. For her, Kefi Kollektive isn’t just about planning retreats—it’s about creating spaces where people can connect, recharge, and rediscover the joy in life.
